You will learn tools for comfort & relief through all stages of pregnancy, and get the best preparation for labor & birth, all while we ensure proper form that is safe for you and baby. Our instructors start by facilitating community connection and then use several hands-on adjustments & massage techniques you're sure to enjoy.
