Who We are
In July of 2013, MJ Vargas Montoya founded New Life Birth Services with a big heart for birthing families and a dream. Quickly, New Life grew to include many team members across different areas of expertise around pregnancy and postpartum.
In the years since, NLBS has grown and evolved in many wonderful and fulfilling ways. We are incredibly proud to have provided care for thousands of families through birth & postpartum doula support, lactation services, placenta encapsulation, childbirth education, and prenatal and postpartum yoga.

New Life Birth Services is a mobile company based in Albuquerque, NM. We serve our clients in-person, in their homes and/or at the birthplace of their choice. We partner with other local organizations when we host in-person events, and we offer some educational services online.
