Childbirth Education
We believe that comprehensive childbirth education is the cornerstone of informed consent.
We currently offer a Condensed Childbirth Education Course that is held real time in a one-on-one format.
This form of labor preparation includes:
A one-on-one, 2-hour childbirth education class provided virtually by one of our certified childbirth educators.
Course Handouts that include a Packing for Labor List, Birth Preferences Guide, and Preparing for Postpartum Checklist.
After the Course your Childbirth Education Instructor will follow-up with an email that includes comprehensive resources for covering optimal positioning exercises to prepare for labor, labor position guidance, baby wearing, breastfeeding, and much more!
Belly Binding
Drawing from many traditions, the techniques we share in this self-paced course promote deep abdominal wellness, core stability, and healing in the postpartum time. The fee includes access to the self-paced four-module course, a handmade organic cotton wrap, & Ayurvedic Vata-Pacifying oil. For clients outside of the Albuquerque Area, a shipping rate will be calculated in addition to the course & supply fee and will be invoiced separately.
Prenatal Breastfeeding & Pumping Class
Provided prenatally by one of our Certified Lactation Consultants (CLCs), this 60-minute, one-on-one course is designed to help you enter your and your baby’s breastfeeding relationship feeling confident and knowledgeable. This course is provided virtually via our HIPAA-compliant network and is available worldwide.
