By Registering for childbirth education you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Welcome! By registering for the Your Birth Illuminated in-person childbirth education series, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure we have a shared understanding of our journey together.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Physical Participation

• Elective Participation: Participation in all aspects of this course is entirely elective. While the series may include demonstrations of movement, positioning, or comfort measures, you are responsible for monitoring your own physical limits.

• Provider Consultation: You should consult with your primary medical provider (OBGYN, Midwife, etc.) before performing any physical exercises or implementing health-related suggestions.

• Listen to Your Body: Do not perform any movement that causes pain or discomfort. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or pregnancy complications, please defer to your medical provider's guidance.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life (and pregnancy) can be unpredictable. Our refund schedule is as follows:

• 7+ Days Before Series Start: 100% refund of the registration fee.

• 1–6 Days Before Series Start: 50% refund of the registration fee.

• After Series Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the first session of the series has begun.

To ensure a dynamic and interactive learning environment, Your Birth Illuminated requires a minimum number of participants to host each group class series.

If the minimum enrollment requirement for a scheduled class is not met, the class will be canceled. We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible, and the class series will be rescheduled at our earliest convenience.

In the event of a cancellation, we understand that your birth preparation timeline is incredibly important. We will reach out to all registered students directly to work with you individually and figure out the best path forward.

Depending on your schedule and needs, we will partner with you to arrange one of the following solutions:

• A direct transfer into the next upcoming group class series.

• A transition into our one-on-one course, Brief Birth Clarity—a private, 3-hour online intensive tailored to you. (If you choose this path, a partial refund will be issued to reflect the difference in course tuition)."

• A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Promotional Codes & Discounts

• No Retroactive Discounts: All coupon codes or promotional discounts must be applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively or issue partial refunds if a code was not used during initial registration.

4. Course Format & Recordings

• In-Person Nature: This is an interactive, in-person educational experience.

• No Recordings: To protect the privacy of all participants and maintain the intimacy of the group environment, sessions will not be recorded. If you miss a session, please reach out to the instructor for a summary of the materials covered.
